1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or purchasing license keys for Cheto Pool ("the Software") via chetopool.com, Google Play, or authorized distributors, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
2. License Grant & Usage Restrictions
Cheto Pool grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for personal gaming entertainment. You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
- Redistribute, resell, lease, share, or crack license keys without explicit authorization.
- Use the Software for any unlawful activity or in violation of applicable software laws.
3. Hardware ID & Device Binding
Each license key is bound to a single device (Hardware ID) upon initial activation to prevent fraudulent sharing. If you change or upgrade your mobile device, you may request a hardware ID reset by contacting our 24/7 Telegram support desk.
4. Third-Party Trademarks & Disclaimer
8 Ball Pool, Carrom Pool, and Soccer Stars are registered trademarks of Miniclip SA. Cheto Pool is an independent utility software and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or associated with Miniclip SA or Apple Inc. All game titles, logos, and character designs are property of their respective trademark holders.
5. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime and real-time cloud updates. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update features at any time to maintain system stability and anti-ban protection.
